  • /Year of the Tiger

The Tiger is the third animal in the Chinese 12 year calendar.

As their name suggests they are quick witted, courageous, brave in battle, alert people.  Very little gets by the Tiger, they notice everything that is happening around them. They are always ready to react and usually come out of altercations the winner.

Money is not their God however they are rarely short of money; they know how to make money and how to make sure they are never without.  Like all cats they love to be loved however you best not cross them as they can turn and give you a nasty scrap.  In this way they are unpredictable and best kept an eye on.  They will defend their territory which may well include the people in their lives so expect a loyal friend in a Tiger. They are capable of great love and affection; they can be very sensitive and kind.

They like to be the boss of all they survey, in fact they often do well working for themselves, that way they get to be in control all of the time.  Because of their hot headedness at times and their impulsive natures working alone can be the best environment.  They are efficient and quick and often others just cannot keep up with them.

People are often drawn to their company, their sense of authority and being in charge can give great comfort and security to those around them.  In their company there is no doubt you will feel safe and protected.  Like their name suggests they are born to lead, they are without fear and will face any situation head on.
